Harrah’s And The Imperial Palace – 2 Small Poker Rooms Worth Checking Out
Considering that the best poker area in Las Vegas has a little over 700 tables anxiously awaiting for their poker fans, there is no denial that you have a lot of variety and places to choose from. I don’t know about you, but I for one would love to actually play in a casino that I enjoy and that provides the best odds.
Unfortunately, most gamblers travelling to Las Vegas for a nice game of poker are forced to pick one of the following scenarios: either you play in a place you like and accept the poor odds or play poker in a bad location and actually make some cash. Well, it doesn’t have to be like this!
Harrah’s poker room
Located rather close to the Flamingo, the Harrah Empire stands on the old location of the famous Holiday Casino. That’s right, THAT Holiday Casino that was known nationwide for its incredible $1.99 breakfast deals. While Harrah’s poker room is not as impressive as the Bellagio or the Caesars, the truth is that it’s one of the best places to be if you are a hopeless nostalgic. Not to mention the fact that it is among the few places in the “City of Sin” where you can enjoy goods odds and yourself.
Now, just because it’s not as popular, it doesn’t automatically mean that the Harrah’s poker room is just a shabby old place. In fact, you will be absolutely impressed with the design of the room, which is made entirely out of glass as well as the overall atmosphere. Even though their buy-in tournaments cannot accommodate more than a few players, rest assured that you will have one of the greatest poker games of your life.
Imperial Palace poker room
The Imperial Palace is also located near the Flamingo and you can easily identify it due to its Asian thematic. Similarly to Harrah’s, there you will be able to find those sit-and-go tournaments, be certain to have some of the best odds in the area and enjoy yourself in a cozy atmosphere. However, there might be a minor problem when you get there: finding the poker room. But, once you do find it, you will not regret it.
What makes such small, unknown places the best poker rooms?
For starters, both Harrah’s and the Imperial Palace provide low limit tournaments with good odds. In addition, due to the limited space, you will also have a chance to get to know the other players’ skills. The bottom line is that they are ideal for those of you who enjoy low limit tournaments and want to have some fun, while also winning at poker.
